How to Place an Order

I have designed the ordering process to be as convenient and secure as possible. Simply follow these steps:

1. Selection and Consultation

Choose your desired size and shape and fill out the form below. I will get back to you shortly.

Not quite sure which to pick? Send me a photo of your interior! I would be delighted to help you choose the perfect tiered stand or tray, or I can prepare a design proposal for you (e.g., for clocks) free of charge.

2. Production Time

Every piece is meticulously handcrafted; therefore, the standard production time is 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the current volume of pre-orders).

Important Note: During the Christmas season, production time may extend up to 2 months. If you are planning to give a piece as a gift, please place your order well in advance.

3. Payment and Approval (Fair Terms)

For your peace of mind, the payment is split into two parts:

• A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

• Once your order is complete, I will send you detailed photos and a video of the finished product.

• If everything is exactly as you envisioned, you pay the remaining balance, and I will ship your package immediately.

• Upon request, I am happy to issue an invoice for any order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

I ship orders worldwide! The cost and delivery time depend on your region and the size of the package. They are calculated individually.
